famous marriages: Sting and Trudie Styler

On August 22, 1992 Gordon Sumner aka Sting led his wife Trudie Styler on a white horse to the medieval chapel in the English Wiltshire. After 10 years of "cohabitation" and three children, both had decided to migrate in the node. On the altar of children Jake, Mickey and Coco, and Joseph and Katie waited Sting's first marriage.

Trudie Styler wore a white satin dress $ 40,000 Gianni Versace, who was elaborately embroidered, and worked on four seamstresses for 45 days. Later, this dress was auctioned with Sting wedding attire for the "Rainforest Foundation".

Among the 250 guests were musicians and actors like Charlotte Rampling, Peter Gabriel and Don Henley famous. The reception was held at the Lake House, rectory, place on the field of 54 acres of the couple. After the bar and the creme brulee, Sting joined with his former "Police" colleagues Andy Summers and Stewart Copeland on stage to play in 1979 hit "Roxanne" for guests. The party ended at 4 am the next day.

"It was very romantic and dramatic" Sting commented on marriage. "I felt sacred and significant and it meant many children just horrible."
